On how humans can achieve immortality

On how humans can achieve immortality

Discussing immortality, life has long been immortal. Given that we are now in the era of great civilization, the research of literature, science, medicine, physics and other disciplines in the 21st century has reached its peak. I, Haidao, as a philologist, also want to make a literary contribution to all mankind in the field of immortality research. Therefore, I wrote this paper mainly to help scientists from all over the world to understand the nature and pattern of life earlier, establish research projects such as cytology, bone science, neurology, metamorphosis, etc., so as to achieve true immortality in the human sense, not just reproductive immortality in the sense of life.

What is life? It is composed of many organic and inorganic substances, and is essentially material, but the difference between life and other substances is that it has consciousness, feeling, thought, and movement. Elements such as fat, amino acids, proteins, and sugars contained in organic compounds are all materials, but as individuals, they have no feeling, or no neurons, and will not move, that is, no life. Only when they are combined with each other and flow through water, chemical reactions are produced, which are called neurons, that is, feeling. Having neurons means having life. Feelings are like a mirror, reflecting external things, which are transmitted to brain cells through neurons, and the things in the mirror are understood, thus making us humans become advanced life. However, the evolution of feelings, neurons, and brains is long and long, over 3 billion years of evolution. The sensory system, neurons, and brain in the human body are becoming more and more sensitive, and can feel, analyze, identify, understand, think, and imagine all things in the external universe. It can be said to be a miracle. With the current human civilization, we can build atomic bombs and satellites, but we cannot build a creature with thinking ability. Can we not say that this kind of sensory evolution is a miracle? In the 16th century, Zacharias Janssen invented the microscope, and Robert Hooke improved the compound microscope and discovered the first cell. He saw that all cells were like small rooms, but he didn't know what was contained in these rooms. As we all know, the earliest form of life is a single cell. As a life, it can eat, breathe, excrete, move, and reproduce these primitive activities. It can also reproduce offspring by splitting. It can be said that it is already a qualified life form. But why did it choose to fuse with other single cells to form a multicellular organism and survive? Seeing that all advanced organisms, including humans, are multicellular organisms, it can be shown that multicellular survival is more advantageous and more suitable for evolution. This is very strange. Being a single cell is for survival, and being multicellular is also for survival, unless it is said that multicellular organisms are more suitable for the cosmic environment. At the beginning of life, it takes in energy and devours. Multicellular organisms may be safer together, so they cooperate. Because of the needs of feeling, moving, reproducing, and remembering, these many single cells that make up a living body also divide the work, just like a factory needs different personnel, with bosses, managers, and workers working together, the factory will be built bigger and bigger. In short, the advanced organisms now survive in a multicellular way, and the single-cell organisms that still exist are generally called low-level organisms. What is strange here is that, whether it is a single-celled organism or a multi-celled organism, they all reproduce by cell division to achieve life continuation. They rely on senses, neurons, and brain consciousness to create a double-helix gene system called DNA, which can replicate the same inheritance to the offspring, that is, let the daughter cells contain the DNA sequence of the mother cell, so that they can continue indefinitely and achieve racial immortality. Unfortunately, this inheritance lacks memory function, that is, the new daughter cells do not have the memory of the mother cell, just like when we humans give birth to children, they come from us and have the same DNA as us, so they look the same as us, but their thinking belongs to themselves, so it is better to say that our memory is dead than that we are dead, and DNA is immortal.

But in the minds of most of us, the purpose of our research on immortality is obviously to obtain the immortality of human individuals, or to say that the entity with its own memory obtains immortality. So we will ask, how can this be achieved, so we will wonder, why does life want to continue, it must be cell division, that is, metamorphosis, and why after sexual reproduction, only DNA is inherited, but not memory? This is indeed very strange. Why is memory stored in brain cells and not copied and then inherited? You should know that the codes in computers can be copied and compressed, but computers are the product of advanced civilization in the 21st century. At this time, humans are also advanced creatures who can think and imagine, so the computer copying program they made is very advanced. 4 billion years ago, single cells were low-level creatures without consciousness, so the DNA made by relying on senses was very primitive and simple. Did the first life that invented DNA have no memory function at that time? No analysis, judgment, or selection had evolved, only basic senses, so it would copy other genetic information when making the DNA system, but no memory. Therefore, for billions of years, all cell divisions have used this primitive DNA system, and no one has studied how to modify the DNA system to make memory inherited. At the same time, memory cells are far more numerous and larger than single DNA, so how can tiny DNA be added with memory cells with large storage capacity? In 1912, Alexis obtained a lifespan several times longer than cells by culturing cells in a dish, so he believed that as long as there was a suitable environment and nutrition, cells could live forever. But in 1961, Hayflick also did a similar experiment and wrote a paper, which overturned Alexis's theory of cell immortality, saying that the number of divisions of fibroblasts is limited to about 50 times, which means that cells cannot achieve immortality by dividing. In fact, Alexis's experiment is correct. As long as there is an environment and nutrition, cells can divide indefinitely or extend the existence time after each division. Hayflick's experiment is also correct, because human cells do lack a suitable environment and nutrient synthesis, which will cause the Hayflick limit. But Hermann discovered telomeres in 1938, and Elizabeth H. discovered telomerase in 1982. According to these views, any cell is composed of chromosomes and telomeres. The DNA sequence in the chromosome is forever unchanged and does not change after replication and reproduction. It is like a code and is immortal. However, every time the DNA is replicated and divided, the cell will lose a little telomere TTAGGG at the end of the DNA sequence. Therefore, after human fibroblasts divide about 50 times, the telomere disappears, and the entire cell becomes old, and the cell can no longer divide, which is equivalent to death. Telomerase, or other power, can keep telomeres from being lost, just like cancer cells never lose telomeres when they divide, so cancer cells can live forever. However, human cells age a little every time they divide, and it is not because the DNA sequence of the cell is still there that they are still young. But cancer cells have young telomeres and their entire cells are still young. Does this mean that as long as humans keep their telomeres young, they can keep their cells young? But according to mathematical calculations, when this 1 is separated and added to another 1, the first 1 will definitely be missing something, and the second 1 will also be missing something. At the same time, this missing thing is very important and mysterious. Perhaps it is the main nerve that causes other cell elements to be produced, but it is not produced. Is it the power that directs cell division? But why can cancer cells easily produce this thing? So we need to figure out what elements the telomeres of our cells are made of, and whether they can rotate. We need to observe whether the telomeres in cancer cells are controlling division. Through microscopes, chemical experiments, and sensory theory, we probably can find the answer. There is another simple way to prolong life. If this cell is separated and multiplied into another cell, its telomere sequence is artificially supplemented so that the sequence is still complete, then it can live forever. Just like the code in a computer, it can be infinitely copied and inherited to other computers and never lost. According to this theory of existence, computer code sequences can live forever, and human DNA sequences can also live forever, but computer codes exist in electricity, and copying and inheriting them will only lose electricity. It is too strong and has no feeling, while DNA sequences, as organic compounds, have feelings and are very fragile, just like any cell that relies on light, water, oxygen, and energy to survive, but at the same time it will be corroded and damaged by ultraviolet rays in the sun, cosmic rays, and poisons in oxygen, leading to death.

The fragility of life, that is, the fragility of the organic compounds that constitute our body, is actually clearly reflected in the most primitive stage. Why do we single cells divide? Because we want to live, but our body is fragile. Facing the erosion of the external universe's rays, oxygen and other forces, we will be destroyed and unable to survive. So we have no choice but to evolve a cell division system and rely on reproduction to survive. But this kind of reproduction comes at a price. When this cell separates and increases in value to another cell, it will lose something. The loss is too small, and it is impossible to artificially supplement these things, which leads to cell death, that is, the end of life. At the same time, in the primitive era, when we first invented this DNA genetic system, our nerves were still very naive, and we did not think that we should also store memories in DNA sequences. At the same time, after the division of labor in multicellular organisms, brain cells almost did not divide, and did not evolve replication genetic functions. Therefore, when we live by repeating DNA sequences, we do not have the memory of the previous generation. This is a pity, and it is not what we are eager to study now, how to make our memory and body immortal.

Now we are studying how to artificially create telomeres, that is, DNA sequences, and we may have to think about the origin of life. People used microscopes to discover single cells, and after conducting scientific experiments, they also concluded that primary life is single cells. But before the single cell, what was the form of life, and how did the single cell come into being? Here, I judge based on literature that the form of life is feeling, and the single cell evolved from the feeling of organic matter. I have said before that the essence of life is matter, which is composed of many elements, such as fat, amino acids, proteins, sugars, hemoglobin, chlorophyll, enzymes, hormones, etc., but when they exist alone, they have no feeling, or there are no neurons that can analyze the feeling. Only when they are combined together, neurons are developed, and later the brain. The origin of this feeling, neurons, and brain is that these elements are sensing the outside world together. At the beginning, the feeling is small, and gradually the reaction is strong. That is, when the temperature is high, it will feel hot, and when the temperature is low, it will feel cold. There are also stimulations from elements such as oxygen, water, fire, and wind. They feel these elements day and night for a long time, and then form judgments and analysis, perhaps for billions of years. In short, neurons, that is, feeling, have evolved. They are obviously afraid of death, and they constantly change themselves according to their feelings. The fittest survive, and they have evolved into single cells protected by membranes. The reason why this single cell has its own subconsciousness and can move by itself is that it has evolved neurons after sensing the outside world for so many years, and can make subconscious judgments, and the neurons can command the body to move by itself. Therefore, this kind of life consciousness is not like the human myth that thoughts are separated from matter, but in fact thoughts come from matter. It is actually a certain kind of matter that can sense and analyze changes in the universe.

We are artificially creating telomeres and DNA sequences. Perhaps we need to understand why our DNA sequences are arranged in this way. If we understand this, we may be able to create DNA with feelings. Then, creating telomeres of DNA sequences will not be a problem. Many science fiction novels now describe content related to robots, including "Skynet" in "Terminator". The movie assumes that computers have self-awareness and regard humans as enemies, so they launch nuclear bombs at the earth. In fact, it is not realistic to give steel and electricity life. After all, humans have invented and used fire for so many years, but there is no evidence that the element of fire has life. The screen of the computer made by humans is moving, but any action must have a code or instruction before it can move. This is like a car. It must be started by someone manually to start the engine before it can start. In simple terms, any action of the computer, even if it is a program that can run continuously for several years, requires a human hand to start it. If no one presses the start switch, the computer will never move. Because computers are machines like cars, they have no feelings and cannot rely on feelings to sense the outside world, so they have no consciousness, so they will not move by themselves in response to feelings. But there is a question here. Computers are really advanced, and human civilization is also advanced. So, can humans set up a sensory system for computers, so that they can sense the outside world and have the ability to identify sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy sensory functions, so that they can first have feelings and then consciousness, and become animals? If this is possible, it means that human technology for making computers has reached its peak, because this is equivalent to saying that humans have mastered the technology of making "feelings". But at the same time, this will be terrible, because the operation, calculation, and processing speed of computers are too fast, and its weapons are still machines, nuclear bombs, and future mechanical factories. So if it is an enemy of humans, whether in terms of strength or intelligence, the probability that humans are inferior to it is 1 to 1000, and it is definitely not an opponent. But the question is whether computers will have sensory systems. First of all, humans will not allow it and will not create a sensory program for machines. But now humans are studying DNA sequences, using computers to amplify DNA sequences, observing first and then manufacturing, trying to create life and change DNA sequences. So how to prevent computer programs from forming feelings, self-awareness, and even thoughts is indeed a serious problem that needs to be carefully judged. There is an optimistic idea that the human sensory system is the result of billions of years of evolution. It is unlikely that something that is a fusion of iron and electricity can have life. Secondly, humans will not allow it. Humans will not deliberately create such a sensory system to make computers move on their own. Therefore, we need to test electrons to see if the element of electrons will react to the outside world. If it can swallow, move, and evolve, it means that it definitely has feelings. At the same time, computers that combine electricity and iron should also be careful to prevent them from moving on their own. The most important thing is that computers cannot have feelings. Machines are machines. They are used to assist humans in their work, and they cannot be given DNA sequences and the ability to think. Otherwise, their self-awareness will be independent, and they will regard humans as aliens and pagans. In addition, some contemporary scientists have proposed that connecting the human brain to a computer is also dangerous and should be restricted. How do you know what the human brain thinks after living in a computer? Will it regard us as enemies and pagans? With its ability to command computers at the speed of light, how do you want to deal with its attacks? You should know that the launch program of nuclear weapons is controlled by computers. Perhaps when humans create DNA sequences, they should still make DNA sequences real objects, and not replace them with computers. Machines should not have feelings or sensory systems, and cells will not threaten us.

If we humans want to achieve immortality, in addition to creating telomeres and understanding the composition of DNA sequences, there is actually another way, that is, immortality of the cell itself without division. You should know that the original single cell invented the DNA sequence and relied on reproduction for immortality. In fact, it was a last resort, because it could not withstand the corrosion of the external universe. In order to make the cells young and energetic, a DNA sequence with a life genetic system was invented, so that this new DNA sequence could grow vigorously. But if the cell can withstand external corrosion, we humans can make the cell hard and withstand all external corrosion with the help of current civilization. Then, do we not need cell division and can live forever like stone? But is this possible? How can humans live on oxygen without being corroded and aged by oxygen? You should know that something as hard as steel will also be corroded and rusted when it faces oxygen. For example, neuronal cells have a life span almost as long as that of human beings. Is it because they grow in the brain and bone marrow and are not exposed to external oxidation and corrosion, that is why they have such a long life span? Therefore, if we want to make cells live longer, we still have to rely on artificial repair work, using human thoughts and human technology, just like repairing telomeres, artificially repairing all damaged cells. But this method is probably as difficult as analyzing DNA sequences. At the same time, if this is really possible, we will not be what we are now. With cell immortality, there is no need to let 1 cell break away and increase in value to another 1 cell. We will never lose telomeres. The immortality of the body will only be artificially produced to cultivate new humans if we want to create other new lives. In addition, when it comes to why single cells have evolved a set of DNA sequence systems and rely on reproduction for racial immortality, there is another strange question. Why does it split out instead of transforming in its own body? It is originally composed of many organic substances. If the life body is damaged, the cells are damaged, why can't it absorb external nutrients to restore the body and continue to survive? In this way, the memory will not be lost, and life will not be immortal long ago? Is it too difficult to artificially repair oxidized old cells? So this method of reproduction by DNA sequence seems clever, but it is actually wrong. Because life, as a single-cell evolution, is primitive and low-level. It has feelings, but no consciousness. It can change, but it does not know how to choose which ideal form to change into. It does not have five senses such as eyes, nose, and ears, let alone thoughts related to words. So when it was evolving DNA sequences, it did not know how to choose the way to metamorphose in the body, nor did it know how to store memories in DNA sequences. It just relied on basic feelings and took it for granted to create such a DNA sequence pattern, allowing the entire life world to maintain a stupid pattern for 3 billion years. It was not until humans created words, generated thoughts, and were able to analyze, understand, and judge the world and biological patterns that we began to understand how to artificially repair cell structures, interfere with DNA sequences, or create new DNA sequences, so that humans can achieve immortality and evolve into new humans with more capabilities in the future.

The elements that make up cells are coded as O, C, H, N, S, K, Ca, P, and Mg. Before they divide, chromosomes will appear. When they do not divide, the chromosomes cannot be seen under a microscope. In other words, chromosomes are derived from cells. Only when cells need to divide will they rotate and derive chromosomes and DNA. Each cell has 23 pairs of chromosomes, which can be replicated. When a cell needs to divide, it is replicated into 46 pairs of chromosomes, and then splits into two, becoming two cells, a mother cell and a daughter cell. At this time, because it is driven by a certain element, the various elements that make up the cell are still there, but the element that drives them to divide is consumed a little, and this element is called a telomere. As for why cells can split into two, it is because they can absorb external substances and nutrients to turn them into chromosomes. At the same time, according to some studies, if these 23 pairs of chromosomes are referred to as No. 1 to No. 23, chromosome 1 is related to Gaucher disease, prostate cancer, Alzheimer's disease and other diseases, chromosome 2 is related to congenital tremor, colon cancer, learning disabilities, hearing impairment, color blindness and other diseases, and chromosome 3 is the same as the others, connecting different diseases. This shows that humans need to understand the structure of these chromosomes, observe it, analyze it, and find the answer to cure all diseases. In addition, cells achieve immortality through division, but whether cell division requires external force, and this driving force, which is hypothesized to be telomeres, why it decreases, is probably the most important research in contemporary cell longevity, because it is like the electrical energy in a computer. If the electrical energy is kept, the computer will keep running. Similarly, if the driving force of the dividing cells is kept, the cells will always divide. Therefore, whether telomeres are the driving force for cell fission, and what power is needed when cells fission, this is a question that urgently needs to be explained. It is indeed very curious and worthy of in-depth study.

Each chromosome is composed of a DNA sequence and a telomere sequence, which is actually the entire chromosome sequence. However, each time a cell divides, the DNA sequence never changes, but the telomere sequence will decrease. And the telomere sequence is very different from the DNA sequence in that it repeats in the form of TTAGGG. For example, the telomere sequence is represented by the symbol: 5'...TTAGGG TTAGGG TTAGGG TTAGGG TTAGGG TTAGGG TTAGGG..3' 3'...AATCCC AATCCC AATCCC AATCCC AATCCC AATCCC..5'... repeating over and over again, what does this mean? If the DNA sequence belongs to the living organism, the reproductive element, the telomere sequence is likely not a reproductive element, that is, the telomere sequence has nothing to do with the living organism. Its role is likely to be a starting mechanism, a driving force, which is a special power to keep the cell active, or a key to start cell division. Since the DNA sequence can be one to two, two to four, four to eight, never changing, and repeating forever, why did it suddenly stop dividing? Is it because it is too old to transform nutrients, or has it lost the power to start the division process? The consumption of telomeres all disappears at sequence 5, so we can copy other sequences to supplement the lost sequence. Therefore, we urgently need to understand these telomere sequences, what elements TTAGGG represents, and we also need to understand the structure of DNA sequences, so as to artificially interfere with these life sequences. According to some speculations, the telomerase observed by Elizabeth H. and others can maintain and repair telomeres, that is, artificially lengthen telomeres, but telomerase can only survive in cancer cells and is very active in cancer cells, while this element is rare in human cells. Because cells have the ability to divide in the early stage, only in the later stage will new cells lose the ability to divide, but the strange thing is that as the cells divide, they will become more and more old, instead of absorbing nutrients to create new DNA sequences to make them young like babies. This makes people wonder, is telomere really a power to activate cell activity, so that cells can be active and young, or is it that cells are already corroded and old and cannot be repaired, so why don't cancer cells corrode and become old? It is not that cancer cells will not decay, but there must be some power to protect cancer cells from continuous operation and damage. If the division of DNA sequences is really driven by some kind of power, then what elements are these driving forces? Is telomerase one of them? Because there are a lot of telomerases in cancer cells, and they are very active, but the telomeres of the chromosome sequences of cancer cells are immortal, and then the cancer cells are also immortal, which makes people think that the immortality of telomere sequences may be related to telomerase, because if DNA division is initiated by some kind of power, then this telomerase does need to be tested. Is it some kind of power similar to electricity? Is the immortality of cancer cells because the power that drives their DNA sequences to divide forever is eternal? Because in the world we live in, any material that wants to move needs some mysterious force to drive it, such as computers, which are started and driven by electricity, but electricity is indeed decreasing. If life is compared to an electric car, its movement will reduce the electricity in the charger, but can life be a carrier like an electric car? We really want human DNA sequences to be like the code in the computer, immortal!

The 21st century, our era, is a great era. Since we have words and knowledge, we now have airplanes, cars, microscopes, biological sciences, and abundant food. According to statistics, there are more than 3,000 billionaires in the world, but unfortunately, human immortality has not yet been achieved in our era. With so many billionaires in the world, how many of them are investing in longevity? We humans are the best trading animals. For sexual entertainment, we can pay a lot of money every year, but how much should we pay for immortality? If the transaction is successful, we can study DNA sequences, supplement telomeres, repair cells, and create neurons, which will at least extend our lifespan for many years. As civilized people in the 21st century, we should be content with this! In addition, there are other data that say that in the past 100 years, our human lifespan has increased by an average of 40%, all of which are the credit of medicine or science. Then we should invest more in life science. As a transaction, perhaps we humans only need to save one month's salary in our lifetime and invest in medical scientists, scientists, and writers who study life science around the world, and we can achieve human immortality at a speed visible to the naked eye. As a transaction theory, do you think it's worth it?
